What we collect

First name, email, the page you came from, basic device info, a hashed IP for abuse control. That is all.

Why

To send you the guide and a short series of emails about getting into yachting and SeaPapers. Legitimate interest and your consent when you submit the form.

Where it lives

On Supabase servers in the EU (Frankfurt). Email is sent through Resend.

How long

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Email crew@joinyachting.com and it is gone within 30 days.

Who else

Nobody. No selling, no sharing, no ad pixels.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, objection. POPIA (South Africa) and GDPR (EU) both apply and we honour both.

None for tracking. Only what the site needs to run.
