Boat House Gold Coast runs three separate self contained properties out of Santa Barbara, on the Coomera River bordering Sanctuary Cove. A five bedroom crew house with a private pool, a four bedroom floating apartment on a 26m vessel at Coomera Marine Precinct, and a three bedroom refit resort apartment at Hope Island. All of it is a short drive from Gold Coast City Marina and Shipyard. No rates are published. You contact them by phone or email. This is the property crew and yacht managers doing a Coomera refit actually use.
What a bed costs in 2026
Neither hub publishes a rate band. Boat House Gold Coast quotes per booking, and Sydney's hostel dorm rates vary widely, roughly AUD 68 to 174 a night depending on dates, with no single reliable number.
